Returns Policy

1. Conditions for Return:

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for any item, provided it is in its original condition, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

Products such as cosmetics, lingerie, or swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns, unless faulty.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and mention your request for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards, digital products, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

7. Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. Please contact customer service immediately to cancel. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to go through the return process.

Shipping

1. Shipping Timeframe:

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after it has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

• Delivery times within Cairo and Giza typically range between 2-4 business days, while deliveries to other governorates may take between 4-7 business days.
• For rural or remote areas, delivery times may take longer (up to 10 business days).

2. Shipping Fees:

• Cairo & Giza: Flat rate of EGP 30 for orders under EGP 500. Free shipping on orders over EGP 500.
• Other Governorates: Flat rate of EGP 50 for orders under EGP 700. Free shipping on orders over EGP 700.
• Delivery fees may vary based on location and promotional offers.

3. International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within Egypt. We hope to expand our services to international customers soon.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partners website.

5. Delivery Attempt:

Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is not successful after two attempts, your order will be returned to us, and you will need to contact customer service to arrange for a reshipment, which may incur additional charges.

6. Delays:

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or political events. We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays occur.
